When You Get a Call Back

I found a great article at The Daily Comet with some important tips on how to make a great impression on the very first phone call. Their number one tip, and I whole-heartedly agree: Lose the cell phone! Having interviewed many candidates over the phone as a hiring manager, and having been interviewed just as many times over the phone, I can honestly say you don't want a conversation that's going great to be interrupted by a dropped call.
